Valuations for the sale of artworks are free of charge, and do not oblige the owner in any way. A first, global quote can be given on the basis of a photograph, a final estimate is only reliable after the inspection of the artwork itself. The works for sale are catalogued by Bigli Art Broker sas. The correct style-period is always guaranteed. The artist is determined as far as the science regarding a given period of art history allows for such identification. The less evident attributions are supported by art historical publications or confirmed by experts (on a specific theme or an artist). If there is significant doubt as to whether the work might be by a particular master or one of his followers, Bigli Art Broker will openly declare its uncertainty in attributing a particular artist.
