authenticity
The works for sale are catalogued by Bigli Art Broker. The period is always guaranteed. The artist is determined as far as the science regarding a given period of art history allows for such identification. The less evident attributions are supported by art history publications or confirmed by experts (whether a specific theme or artist). If there is significant doubt as to whether the work might be by a particular master or one of his followers, Bigli Art Broker will openly declare its uncertainty in attributing a particular artist.

fairness in price
In calculating the price of a work of art, a number of variables come into play, and these are carefully analyzed by the experts at Bigli Art Broker, with the support of outside specialists in both art history and restoration. The basic variables are authenticity, authorship, attribution, iconography, provenance, dimension, the support and conditions, but most important of all, trends in the art market at the moment of sale. A proper definition of the price can be made when previous negotiations involving similar works of art provide a means for comparison. In this regard, Bigli Art Broker avails itself of a vast data base and an up-to-date library.

payment
The work of art is delivered to the Purchaser, complete with a catalogue entry, when payment is made, at which time transport of the work becomes his responsibility. The sale price includes the commission that Bigli Art Broker may legally charge and 20% tax (IVA) calculated on the amount of the commission only. It is possible to defer part of the agreed payment, plus the financing charges, for a maximum period of 36 months, stipulating a consumer credit agreement with a major financial institution.
