Remarks:
There is a similar painting in the museum of Busapest, published by Stefan Kozakiewicz. That painting is smaller than the one here presented, less rich in figures and perhaps, judging from the photo, of lesser quality (cf. Stefan Kozakiewicz, Bernardo Bellotto, Milano 1972 vol II p. 464, fig. A331.
Kozakiewicz dates the Budapest picture 1740 – 1745, and gives it to an artist from Canaletto's circle.
